Made an awesome Pumpkin Pound Cake with Caramel Sauce (which I will post Monday night) and had some pumpkin left over. Tomorrow I am going shopping at1st Monday Trade Days in Canton, Texas with my daughter and two Canton lover granddaughters. We always pack our lunch so that the kids get something healthy (though we end the day by purchasing corn dogs)…..My daughter LOVES pumpkin and I wanted a little treat for the kids and came up with this dip to go with their apples and celery sticks. Yum!
CREAMY PUMPKIN PEANUT BUTTER DIP
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
1—8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
Mix together until creamy. Serve with celery and apples.

Looks like a great recipe! I’m always looking for something to make with pumpkin this time of year (other than the usual suspects)
Thanks for the idea!
Oh nice recipe! I love PB boats, but this one looks even better. Can’t wait to try it.
Nummy
