Creamy Pumpkin Peanut Butter Dip

by Permanent Posies on September 29, 2011

Made an awesome Pumpkin Pound Cake with Caramel Sauce (which I will post Monday night) and had some pumpkin left over.  Tomorrow I am going shopping at1st Monday Trade Days in Canton, Texas with my daughter and two Canton lover granddaughters.  We always pack our lunch so that the kids get something healthy (though we end the day by purchasing corn dogs)…..My daughter LOVES pumpkin and I wanted a little treat for the kids and came up with this dip to go with their apples and celery sticks.  Yum!

Looks like a great recipe!  I’m always looking for something to make with pumpkin this time of year (other than the usual suspects) :)   Thanks for the idea!
